1) Apart from twentieth century fox producing the movie under their franchise, Deadpool is full of jokes from the jump as no actual people are mention in the title sequence. for example, rather than using the director's actual name, the mention that comes up is only "An Overpaid Tool." Moreover, the film then goes on to say written by "The Real Heroes Here."

2&3) Throughout the opening scene time is frozen as the camera covers the every inch of the event that is taking place. It mainly prioritizes the gruesome action that has transpired which the audience assumes why the car is in a barrel roll motion mid-air. This further pushes the element of action and comedy that is about to take place. Deadpool leaves his victims in an awkward state for the audience to laugh at. He's also done a lot of damage in the process of he's attack.

4)  The audience can properly assume that Deadpool is both action and comedy from the title sequence based on the events that are being covered as the camera circles are the car. The audience is left to wonder what events led up to this car tumbling down the road and a man getting wedged  from Deadpool who's inside the car.

5) This film was definitely made for a more mature audience. so adults were likely targeted as an audience for the film. Deadpool starts off with too many mature jokes that aren't suited for a younger audience to endure. it's more gruesome than kids should see at an early age as well.

6) While the scene itself was under a freeze frame, the camera pans and tilts every square inch of the car. It reveals so much information about what's happening with Deadpool and the people we assume he's beating up.
